Job Description :

We are hiring AI / ML Python & Generative AI Developers for a long-term contract engagement with our client Group Tobias. The role focuses on building scalable, production-grade GenAI and LLM-based applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and REST APIs using FastAPI/Django/Flask

- Design and implement LLM-powered solutions, including RAG architectures using vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)

- Build conversational AI systems with strong prompt engineering and function calling

- Work with third-party LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source models

- Use frameworks like LangChain, HuggingFace for GenAI workflows

- Deploy, scale, and monitor LLM/ML models in production environments

- Handle large structured and unstructured datasets

- Collaborate in Agile teams and support overlap with US Eastern Time when required

Must Have Skills :

- Python Development (5+ years)

- REST API Development (5+ years)

- FastAPI / Django / Flask (5+ years)

- Generative AI / LLMs (2+ years)

- Prompt Engineering (2+ years)

Good to Have :

- RAG experience (1+ year)

- Open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral)

- Experience in regulated domains (Banking, Healthcare)
