As a Lead Mainframe Developer & Test Data Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining mainframe applications, with a significant focus on effective test data management. You'll leverage your deep understanding of mainframe utilities, JCL, and COBOL to deliver high-quality solutions. This role also requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to confidently engage with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Skill Set :

Mainframe Development :

- Proficiency in Mainframe Utilities.

- Expertise in JCL (Job Control Language).

- Strong programming skills in COBOL.

Test Data Management : Experience in managing and manipulating test data for mainframe applications.

Leadership & Client Handling :

- Demonstrated lead capability, including guiding team members and driving project initiatives.

- Proven ability to manage and build relationships with clients, understanding their requirements and providing technical solutions.

Mandatory Skills :

Good to Have Skills :

- Cloud Testing : Familiarity with testing applications in cloud environments.
