About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the Healthcare domain and a deep understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, develop, and implement ServiceNow modules and applications based on client requirements.

- Develop custom applications, integrations, and workflows leveraging ServiceNow capabilities.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver effective ServiceNow solutions.

- Implement best practices in ServiceNow development, including code reviews, quality assurance, and testing.

- Customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications (REST, SOAP, APIs).

- Ensure system stability, security, and scalability of ServiceNow solutions.

- Support upgrades, patching, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform.

- Document technical designs, configurations, and test cases.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in the healthcare domain to align ITSM solutions with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and Custom Application development.

- Expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.

- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal development.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Strong understanding of Healthcare domain workflows and compliance requirements (mandatory).

- Ability to work independently and deliver within strict timelines.

- Good knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS ITSM/ITOM/ITBM).

- Experience in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

- Exposure to automation tools and orchestration.

- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

Other Details

Work Mode : Remote (with mandatory laptop pick-up from designated client office).

Locations for Asset Collection : Hyderabad / Noida / Bangalore / Pune.

Shift Timing : 11 : 00 AM 8 : 30 PM IST.

Contract Duration : 6 Months (extendable).

BGV : Candidate must successfully clear background verification prior to onboarding.
