About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Salesforce platform design, CPQ, and CLM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on technical expertise, strong architectural vision, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional global teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices and adherence to enterprise standards.

- Define and oversee technical standards, patterns, and guidelines for Salesforce development.

- Drive end-to-end Salesforce CPQ and CLM implementations, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce data model, integration architecture, and application security.

- Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems (ERP, CRM, and third-party apps) using APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.

- Collaborate across time zones with global stakeholders and development teams.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as a Salesforce Architect.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Proficiency in RDBMS concepts, data modeling, and performance optimization.

- Strong knowledge of integration architecture, middleware, and APIs.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Ability to work with global teams across different time zones.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, or System Architect.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Exposure to DevOps tools for Salesforce (CI/CD, Git, Copado, etc.).

Engagement Details :

Contract Duration : 6+ Months (Extendable)

Location : Pune (onsite presence may be required based on project needs)
