Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Snowflake Developer to design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and solutions using Snowflake.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cloud-based data warehousing, SQL, ETL processes, and integration with modern data platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake-based data warehouse solutions.

- Create, optimize, and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and UDFs in Snowflake.

- Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and integration from various sources.

- Implement performance tuning, query optimization, and cost management in Snowflake.

- Manage role-based access controls, security, and governance within Snowflake.

- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand

requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

- Integrate Snowflake with tools like Python, DBT, Talend, Informatica, Matillion, or Apache

Spark.

- Work on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for data migration and integration.

- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance across data solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Snowflake Developer / Data Engineer.

- Strong expertise in SQL, SnowSQL, and performance tuning.

- Hands-on experience with Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, Stages, Warehouses, and Clustering.

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, Talend, DBT, Matillion, or similar).

- Good knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS S3, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, Azure Data

Factory, or GCP BigQuery).

- Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Scala, or Java.

- Strong understanding of data modeling, star schema, and dimensional modeling.

- Experience in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Snowflake certification (SnowPro Core or Advanced).

- Experience with real-time streaming (Kafka, Kinesis, Pub/Sub).

- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc
