We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceMax/Salesforce Developer with expertise in SFMs, Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom development to join our team.

This role is focused on hands-on development, implementing solutions based on pre-defined architecture and design provided by a Solution Architect.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and maintainable ServiceMax and Salesforce applications while following best practices and coding standards.

What will you be doing ?

- As a Custom Development: Implement complex SFMs, PM Automation, Inventory, Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript solutions based on technical specifications.

- Code Implementation & Best Practices: Write clean, efficient, and optimized Apex code while ensuring adherence to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.

- Integration Development: Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.

- Workflow Automation: Develop advanced automation using Flows, Process Builder, Custom Triggers, and Batch Jobs.

- Performance Optimization: Optimize SOQL queries, bulk processing, indexing, and async processing for large data sets.

- Debugging & Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, system issues, and code defects using Apex Debug Logs, Event Monitoring, and debugging tools.

- Unit Testing & Code Reviews: Develop Apex test classes with high test coverage and participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality.

- Deployment & Version Control: Utilize SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g , Copado, Gearset, Bitbucket) for deployments and version control.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the Solution Architect, Business Analysts, and Admins to ensure accurate execution of development tasks without taking on solution design responsibilities.

What will you need to be successful ?

Education : Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.

Certification/Licenses :

- ServiceMax certificationsServiceMax 101 (Must), ServiceMax 201 (Good to have),Asset 360 (Good to have).

- Salesforce certifications Platform Developer I (Must), Platform Developer II (Good to have), Administrator (Optional), Sales Cloud (Must), Service Cloud (Must), Health Cloud (Good to have), Salesforce Certified Administrator [Must].

Competences: Interpersonal skills, Strong analytical skills, self-starter, Organizational agility, SFDC, manual, regression, smoke, automation testing, DevOps, Agile project.

Operating Mode: Hybrid: Work from office: 2 days in a week.

Experience: Should have 3+ years of experience as a dedicated ServiceMax Developer in enterprise environments.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.

- Experience working with ServiceMax & Salesforce Security (Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, etc.

- Expertise in API integrations (REST, SOAP, OAuth authentication).

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Git-based workflows, and Flosum.

- Expertise in utilizing the ServiceMax Migration Tool.

- Experience writing scalable and efficient batch processes.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce governor limits, asynchronous processing (future methods, queues, schedulers), and large data volume handling.

- Ability to follow development standards set by the Solution Architect without taking on design responsibilities.
