Role : Senior Manager : MDM Architect

Location : Kharadi, Pune

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager - MDM Architect to lead enterprise-wide master data strategy and architecture across complex application landscapes.

This role will own the design, governance, and integration of master data across SAP, ERP platforms, MDM solutions, and PLM applications.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, driving large-scale initiatives to unify, cleanse, govern, and operationalize trusted enterprise data.

What will you be doing ?

- Define and lead the enterprise master data architecture across SAP, ERP, MDM, and PLM platforms.

- Design golden record, canonical models, and data governance frameworks.

- Lead complex data consolidation, harmonization, and migration programs.

- Architect real-time and batch integration patterns using APIs, middleware, and event-driven approaches.

- Drive data quality, stewardship, and lifecycle management initiatives.

- Partner with business and technology leaders to align data strategy with business outcomes.

What will you need to be successful ?

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- Licenses/ Certifications : Master Data certifications, CDMP & CMMI - EDMA.

- Should have a min 15-16 years of experience in MDM, Data Architecture, or Enterprise Data roles

- Strong hands-on experience with SAP, ERP systems, MDM tools, and PLM platforms (Windchill)

- Expertise in data modelling, data governance, and integration architecture

- Proven experience solving complex, large-scale data challenges

- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skill.

- Experience with Syndigo, SAP MDG, Informatica MDM, Reltio, Stibo, or similar platforms

- Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or high-tech industries.

- Cloud/hybrid architecture experience
