Experience :
- 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in Azure Cloud Architecture and large-scale cloud migration.
- Bachelor's/masters in computer science, Engineering, or MCA.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and lead scalable, secure, cloud-native microservices architecture on Azure.
- Drive legacy application modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Mentor engineering teams on architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define scalable solutions.
- Lead critical incident resolution, root cause analysis, and architectural governance.
Required Skills :
Cloud & Architecture :
- Azure Cloud Architecture, Microservices, API Gateway, Event-Driven Architecture, Circuit Breaker, Event Sourcing.
- Strong experience in monolith-to-microservices migration.
AI-Augmented Engineering :
- Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot/Codex.
- Knowledge of AI guardrails, secure code generation, and Clean Architecture.
Development :
- Expert in .NET Core/.NET (C#) or Java.
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns.
- Experience developing and securing REST APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger).
Containers & DevOps :
- Docker, Kubernetes.
- CI/CD pipelines.
- Terraform/OpenTofu (preferred).
Databases :
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
- NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Couchbase.
- Redis/Memcached for distributed caching.
Security :
- OAuth2, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT.
- Identity providers such as Entra ID, Okta, or Auth0.
- Strong understanding of OWASP Top 10 and cloud security best practices.
Preferred Qualities :
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle critical production incidents.
- Experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
