About the role :

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our technology team. You would lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.

What You will do :

- Lead a high-performance engineering team to develop the next generation financial platform & application in payments.

- Collaborate with the product and business team to understand the requirements, and build product execution and delivery roadmap.

- Champion best design, development and code quality practices in the engineering team.

- Hire a quality team to deliver a world-class product.

- Setup and improve processes to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the team.

- Build, coach and mentor a high performing team.

What You will need :

- 7+ years of experience in software development & a good understanding of modern programming languages and cloud environments.

- A minimum of 6 months of experience in managing high performance teams.

- Proven track record of delivering high performance and scalable platforms in a fast-paced agile environment.

- Good leadership and communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills & attention to detail.
