Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Django Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our development team.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable web applications using Django and hands-on experience with modern frontend technologies like Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, and HTMX.


Experience with PostgreSQL and REST API integration is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems using Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).

- Build dynamic and responsive frontend features using HTMX, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS.

- Integrate with PostgreSQL databases and optimize queries for performance and scalability.

- Create and maintain RESTful APIs to support frontend applications and third-party integrations.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

- Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of professional experience with Django Templates and Django Rest Framework.

- Strong proficiency in PostgreSQL including writing complex queries and optimizing performance.

- Hands-on experience with Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, and HTMX.

- Good understanding of REST architecture and building RESTful APIs.

- Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with asynchronous tasks using Celery or similar tools.

- Knowledge of frontend frameworks like React or Vue (optional).

- Familiarity with TDD/BDD methodologies and automated testing frameworks.

- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
