Key Technical Skills :

- Zoho Creator expertise - Forms, Reports, Pages, Workflows

- Deluge scripting - Automation, custom logic, and integrations

- Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People and other Zoho ecosystem experience

- HTML, CSS, JavaScript - for custom UI elements

- REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and other integration methods

- Relational database concepts, form relationships, data modeling

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Zoho Creator applications

- Design and develop custom apps, modules, and reports using Zoho Creator

- Automate business workflows and implement approval systems and triggers

- Build secure and scalable integrations between Zoho apps and external systems

- Design intuitive dashboards, forms, and data models to streamline operations

- Handle API development, testing, and deployment

- Maintain user access, roles, permissions, and ensure data security

- Provide ongoing support and enhancements for Zoho-based solutions
