Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Ruby on Rails code.

- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.

- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and

translate them into technical solutions.

- Implement automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure the robustness of applications.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3

- Experience with RESTful APIs and understanding of JSON.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
