Role Overview :

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead (Full Stack) who can drive end-to-end development, lead a team of engineers, and architect scalable, high-performance applications. This role blends technical leadership with active coding and collaboration across product, design, and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack applications

- Architect scalable and maintainable systems (frontend + backend)

- Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, best practices, and career growth

- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions

- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization

- Drive adoption of modern technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices

- Manage technical debt and continuously improve system architecture

- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and delivery tracking

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong experience in frontend technologies (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

- Strong experience in backend development (Node.js, Java, Python, or similar)

- Proficiency in REST APIs / GraphQL

- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL)

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Familiarity with DevOps practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes)

- Solid understanding of system design and architecture

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilities

- Ownership mindset with a focus on delivery and quality

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in building large-scale distributed systems

- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or data-driven applications

- Prior experience in Agile/Scrum environments

- Open-source contributions or technical blogging
