Job Title : Technical Lead - Sitecore

About the Role :

Were looking for a Technical Lead to join our team of highly skilled, innovative, and passionate Sitecore MVPs. Youll play a pivotal role in leading, architecting, and delivering next-gen digital experience platforms for Fortune 500 clients. Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership & Delivery :

- Lead software development teams with a strong focus on Sitecore and Microsoft technologies.

- Collaborate with Architects, Delivery Managers, and client stakeholders to define, design, and deliver scalable Sitecore solutions.

- Own end-to-end technical delivery, from requirements analysis to deployment and optimization.

Architecture & Design :

- Architect, design, and implement solutions aligned with industry best practices and client standards.

- Drive Headless CMS, SXA, and Sitecore JSS implementations.

- Define advanced technical strategies around digital experience platforms, personalization, and integration.

Hands-on Development & Code Quality :

- Provide hands-on coding expertise in Sitecore, .NET, and front-end frameworks (Angular/React).

- Conduct regular design/code reviews to ensure maintainability, performance, and scalability.

- Build reusable frameworks, components, and accelerators for faster delivery.

Team Mentorship & Enablement :

- Guide and mentor developers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and quality.

- Share best practices, conduct knowledge sessions, and help team members grow towards Sitecore certification and MVP tracks.

Requirements :

Core Expertise :

- 6+ years of experience in ASP.NET, C#, and Sitecore CMS development.

- At least 2 full-cycle Sitecore implementations (preferably Sitecore 9/10+).

- Strong expertise in SQL Server (2008+), Web APIs, Web Services, Ajax, Stored Procedures, Triggers.

- Proficiency in Headless CMS, SXA, Sitecore JSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular).

Microsoft Ecosystem & Tools :

- Experience with WCF, LINQ, WPF, Silverlight, Web Parts.

- Hands-on with unit testing tools, static code analyzers, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or equivalent).

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and integration patterns.

Good-to-Haves :

- Exposure to digital marketing solutions, personalization, analytics, and A/B testing frameworks.

- Knowledge of ISMS standards and security-first architecture.

- Valid visa and willingness to travel for client engagements.
