Sitecore Developer - C#/.Net

Job Description :

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Sitecore-based web applications using Sitecore XM Cloud and Sitecore XP/XM versions 9 and 10.

- Build and enhance reusable components, templates, layouts, and content structures using Sitecore development best practices.

- Work on headless Sitecore implementations using JSS, SXA, React, and Next.js.

- Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations using .NET and C#.

- Integrate Sitecore applications with external systems and services using REST APIs, GraphQL, Sitecore Graph, and other integration mechanisms.

- Support Sitecore upgrades, migrations, configuration changes, and platform enhancements.

- Assist with cloud-based Sitecore deployments and application configuration across environments.

- Work with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Vercel, and other CI/CD tools to support build, release, and deployment processes.

- Apply coding standards, security best practices, and automated testing practices to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

- Troubleshoot application issues, resolve defects, and perform root cause analysis for development and production incidents.

- Optimize application performance through caching, code improvements, and efficient API integration.

- Collaborate with designers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

- Prepare technical documentation and participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and other AI platforms to improve coding efficiency, debugging, and documentation while ensuring code quality and correctness.

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to support development and testing activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in Sitecore development using Sitecore XP/XM and/or Sitecore XM Cloud.

- Strong programming skills in .NET and C#.

- Experience with Sitecore templates, renderings, components, layouts, and content management concepts.

- Familiarity with Sitecore Headless, JSS, and SXA.

- Knowledge of React and Next.js for front-end development and headless Sitecore implementations.

- Experience working with REST APIs, GraphQL, Sitecore APIs, and system integrations.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build and release automation, and source control tools.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, and deployment platforms such as Vercel.

- Basic understanding of cloud hosting, preferably Microsoft Azure, and cloud deployment practices.

- Understanding of application security, performance optimization, caching, and debugging.

- Experience creating technical documentation and implementing solutions based on functional requirements.

- Must hold a Sitecore professional certification
