About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Consultant with a strong background in Sitecore development and implementation.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Sitecore XP/XM 10.x, .NET technologies, and cloud-based deployment on Azure.

You will play a key role in architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performing digital platforms while ensuring scalability, security, and seamless integration with enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Sitecore implementations including solution design, development, integration, and deployment.

- Architect and configure Sitecore XP/XM 10.x features, personalization, content authoring, and marketing automation.

- Develop custom modules, pipelines, workflows, and extensions using C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, and Sitecore APIs.

- Implement Azure-based Sitecore hosting and deployment architectures, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery readiness.

- Integrate Sitecore with enterprise systems, third-party tools, and APIs for seamless digital experiences.

- Optimize Sitecore performance, caching, indexing (Solr/ElasticSearch), and scalability.

- Leverage Sitecore AI, personalization, and search capabilities to deliver data-driven user experiences.

- Provide technical leadership, best practices, and guidance to development teams.

- Ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to Sitecore Helix & Habitat principles.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 8- 10 years of Sitecore development experience with at least 3+ years on Sitecore 10.x (XP/XM).

- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, and Web API.

- Hands-on experience with Sitecore Experience Platform (XP), Experience Manager (XM), and Sitecore Headless Services (JSS, SXA, Horizon Editor).

- Valid Sitecore Developer Certification is required.

- Expertise in Azure cloud services (App Services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Application Insights, DevOps CI/CD pipelines).

- Experience with Sitecore personalization, A/B testing, xDB, marketing automation, and analytics.

- Proficiency in search engines integration (Solr, Coveo, ElasticSearch).

- Strong understanding of Sitecore deployment topologies, scalability, and security models.

- Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Angular is a plus).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and Git-based source control
