SG IT is seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to build, automate, and support secure, scalable, and highly available cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of production systems.

- Monitor applications and infrastructure using observability and monitoring tools.

- Automate operational tasks and improve deployment processes through CI/CD.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.

- Manage and optimize Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Collaborate with development teams to improve system scalability, resilience, and performance.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and configuration management best practices.

- Participate in on-call support, incident response, and disaster recovery activities.

- Drive continuous improvements in system reliability, security, and operational efficiency.

- Collaborate with development, architecture, and security teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Site Reliability Engineering / Production Support.

- Expertise in Linux, Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, and Automation.

- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Monitoring & Observability tools.

- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) is an added advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimization skills.
