We are looking for an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) - Migration with strong hands-on experience in cloud migration and infrastructure transformation. The role involves executing end-to-end migration activities, modernizing infrastructure, mapping legacy dependencies, and ensuring smooth and well-planned cutovers.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, take ownership of migration activities, and execute complex infrastructure changes with minimal direction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute cloud migration activities across infrastructure and applications.

- Perform IP renumbering and coordinate network changes during migrations.

- Identify, document, and manage legacy infrastructure and application dependencies.

- Develop detailed migration plans, timelines, and execution strategies.

- Lead migration execution and coordinate technical activities across stakeholders.

- Plan and execute production cutovers with minimal disruption.

- Support infrastructure modernization and transformation initiatives.

- Identify migration risks, dependencies, and potential points of failure.

- Troubleshoot issues during migration and cutover activities.

- Ensure migration activities follow defined operational and reliability standards.

- Work independently and take ownership of assigned migration initiatives.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with Cloud Migrations.

- Experience with IP Renumbering.

- Expertise in Legacy Dependency Mapping.

- Proven experience in Migration Execution.

- Strong background in Infrastructure Transformation/Modernization.

- Experience with Cutover Planning and Execution.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education :

A formal degree is not mandatory. Relevant hands-on experience and technical expertise will be given priority.

Ideal Candidate :

Candidates who have directly executed cloud migrations, handled IP/network changes, mapped legacy dependencies, and managed production cutovers will be preferred over candidates with only theoretical or coordination-based migration experience.
