Role Overview :

Build and operate cloud infrastructure powering Interactly's real-time AI agents, healthcare workflows, voice systems, and enterprise integrations. Ideal for engineers who leverage AI tools daily and believe in AI-assisted software and infrastructure development.

Key Responsibilities :

Infrastructure & Reliability :

- Manage AWS/GCP production environments; own reliability, uptime, and disaster recovery

- Support Kubernetes (EKS/GKE) workloads and build scalable, highly available infrastructure

- Define SLIs, SLOs, and operational metrics

DevOps & Platform Engineering :

- Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)

- Automate deployments and infrastructure provisioning via Terraform/CloudFormation

- Improve developer productivity and release velocity across the SDLC

Observability & Operations :

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK)

- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and blameless post-mortems

AI-First Engineering :

- Leverage Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot and similar AI tools in daily operations

- Support AI/ML inference and LLM workload deployment pipelines

- Contribute to AI infrastructure automation and self-healing systems

Requirements :

- 3- 5 years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering

- Hands-on with AWS & GCP (EC2/GCE, S3/GCS, VPC, IAM, EKS/GKE)

- Docker & Kubernetes in production

- AI/ML inference or GPU infrastructure scaling

- IaC tools : Terraform / CloudFormation

- CI/CD : GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins

- Python or Bash scripting ; Linux & networking fundamentals

- Strong ownership mindset and AI-first working style

Nice-to-Have :

- LLM Gateway deployment & management

- Service mesh, secrets management, policy-as-code (ArgoCD, Flux)

- SDLC/GitOps maturity (sealed-secrets, SBOM, supply-chain security)

- Healthcare technology or startup experience
