Job Description :

Role : SRE Engineer.

Location : Bangalore (Onsite).

Notice Period : 30 Days.

Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or k6.

- Strong hands-on skills with Docker and Kubernetes (Helm, kubectl, namespaces, autoscaling).

- Monitoring stack experience Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk.

- Proficiency in scripting/coding with Java, Python, or JavaScript for test automation.

- Strong knowledge of APM tools Dynatrace, Datadog, New Relic, or AppDynamics.

- Strong understanding of microservices, and service mesh concepts.

- Experience profiling JVM, memory leaks, CPU bottlenecks, slow DB queries, and API latency.

- Familiarity with distributed tracing (Jaeger, Zipkin) and correlation of performance signals.

- Ability to analyze and interpret P50/P90/P95/P99 latency, throughput, error rate, and saturation metrics.

- Solid experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Concord).

- Cloud platform experience Azure or GCP (minimum 1-2 years on any one platform).

- Infrastructure as Code using Ansible.

- GitOps workflows and deployment automation best practices.

General/Good to have Skills:

- Solid grasp of networking fundamentals DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP/2, TLS, CDN.

- Experience with SQL + NoSQL databases and query performance tuning.

- Excellent communication skills ability to present performance findings and RCA reports.

- Experience with chaos engineering.

- Familiarity with service mesh Istio or Linkerd.

- Exposure to GraphQL or gRPC performance testing.

- Experience with shift-left security practices in pipelines (SAST/DAST integration).
