Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled SRE / DevOps Engineer with experience across Java and JavaScript-based application ecosystems. This role requires a strong blend of DevOps expertise (CI/CD, automation, cloud) and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) capabilities (monitoring, incident management, system reliability). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting full-stack applications (Spring Boot + React/JavaScript/TypeScript) and should be capable of ensuring application reliability, scalability, and operational excellence in production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

SRE/DevOps Engineering :

- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for applications built on :

1. Java (Java 8, Spring Boot)

2. JavaScript / TypeScript (React, Node.js)

- Automate build, test, and deployment processes across environments.

- Manage containerized deployments using Docker, Kubernetes.

- Work with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) for scalable deployments.

- Ensure efficient versioning, packaging, and release management.

- Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of production systems.

- Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).

- Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.

- Lead and participate in incident management (P1/P2 issues), debugging, and resolution.

- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive preventive improvements.

- Manage system capacity planning, scaling, and performance tuning.
