Role : Senior/Lead Software Developer

Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters degree in computer or computer science or Medical Electronics or Biomedical Engineering or any related field.

Experience : 3 - 8 yrs experience.

Skills Required & Mandatory Qualifications :

- 3 - 8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on C++, QT, and Windows platforms.

- Expert-level proficiency in C++ programming language, with a strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

- Extensive experience with the QT framework, including Qt Widgets, Qt Quick, and Qt Creator.

- Deep understanding of Windows operating system internals, APIs, and development tools such as Visual Studio.

- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products from concept to release in a team environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives while also contributing as a team player.

- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), build systems (e.g., CMake), and issue

tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
