Full Stack .NET Developer

Technical Skills :

- Take ownership and serve as a technical expert in Full Stack .NET development, demonstrating hands-on expertise in designing, coding, and debugging complex applications.

- Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, performance, and availability.

- Hands on with CI/CD, DevSecOps methodologies.

- Well-versed with terraform and have good understanding of IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service).

- Understands docker and artifactory.

- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor team members to improve their technical skills and coding practices.

- Write high quality code and contribute towards open-source community or can demonstrate to share towards open-source community.

- Well versed with architecture and design patterns.

- Ability to develop solutions as per cloud native industry best practices.

- Understand the essence of Security Development Lifecycle (SDL).

- Support Product owners and architecture to ensure compliance with group level technical standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, business analyst and other development teams to deliver high quality software solutions.

- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to .NET development and drive their adoption within the team.

- Minimum 4-6 years of experience with enterprise Kubernetes platform such as OpenShift or Rancher.

- Minimum 10-12 years of experience with Microsoft Tech Stack primarily .NET.

- In-depth knowledge of .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET, Web Api, Microservice, CQRS, TDD, SQL, Monitoring, Observability, and other related services.

- Good exposure on PubSub and Kafka streaming services.

Domain Skills :

- Have worked in financial industry for at least 6 years or alternatively 8-10 years in other heavily regulated industries.

- Worked in domain or services for 4-6 years.

- Have worked on customer facing solutions/traffic for at least 4 years.

Communication and Collaboration :

- Participate in regular meetings and discussions to provide insights, gather feedback, and contribute to the overall improvement of development processes.

- Understand Customer First Mindset.

- High Proficiency in written and spoken English necessary for this position.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- Nice to have globally recognized certifications such as AWS, Microsoft, GCP etc.

- Previous experience in a technical leadership or technical mentoring in global team.

Minimum Checklist for candidate :

- Professional experience developing services in Kubernetes : Min +3 years

- Experience with developing & delivering high availability and high-performance solutions : Min +4 years.

- Exp in MS Tech Stack C# .NET : 10 Years, Web Api : 8 years, PubSub, Observability 6 years.

- Developing Scalable high availability APIs including RESTful and Kafka streaming.

- Working in PCI-DSS environments.

- Experience with AWS Public Cloud : Min +4 years

- Experience with On-Prem (Private) Cloud : Min +1year

- DevSecOps and IaaC (Terraform) : Min +3 years

- Experience in global team : Min +2 years.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English necessary for this position.

- Experience working with Atlassian suite (Confluence and Jira) : Min 1+ year.

Experience level :

- Level 3 High level of experience from several similar assignments/projects.

- Can work independently and to some extent lead a small group and develop within the area.
