- Proven experience in architecting and overseeing enterprise-grade front-end and back-end systems

- Hands-on proficiency with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and modern UI frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Chakra UI

- Expertise in SPA architecture, component-based design, and client-side security (protected routes, JWTs, CSRF)

- Backend development using Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI) with robust API design (REST/GraphQL)

- Deep understanding of API versioning, middleware architecture, rate limiting, and authentication flows

- Integration of frontend-backend with clean modular interfaces and cloud-native deployment pipelines

- Ability to lead UI/UX alignment, state management strategies (Redux, Zustand, or Context API), and performance optimization

Database Design & Optimization :

- PostgreSQL (advanced schema design, indexing, partitioning, JSONB)

- Working knowledge of Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL

AI/LLM & NLP Integration :

- OpenAI, Groq, Claude prompt engineering, summarization, action extraction

- Regex, PyMuPDF (fitz), spaCy, LangChain, sentence transformers

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Security & Compliance :

- OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, token-based API security, Audit trail, activity logs, encryption practices (at-rest/in-transit), RBI IT compliance best practices

DevOps, Deployment & Observability :

- Docker, GitHub Actions / GitLab CI/CD, Prometheu, Grafana, Loki, ELK stack, Sentry for logging/alerts.

- Deployment on AWS/GCP/Azure using ECS, EC2, RDS, or Kubernetes

Data Engineering & Visualization :

- Recharts, Chart.js, D3.js for interactive data dashboards

- Real-time data sync using WebSockets, Kafka, Redis streams

- ETL pipelines, scheduled batch tasks, Pandas for tabular manipulation

Testing & Quality Engineering :

- Jest, Pytest, Supertest, Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger validation

- Load and stress testing using Artillery or Locust

System Architecture & Technical Leadership :

- Strong grasp of Clean Architecture, DDD, modular monoliths, microservices

- Familiarity with event-driven design and message brokers.

- Ability to lead code reviews, grooming sessions, architecture walkthroughs.
