Experience : 3- 5 Years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and maintain MongoDB databases.

- Manage and administer MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB API preferred).

- Monitor database performance and optimize queries and indexes.

- Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.

- Handle replication, sharding, and scaling of MongoDB clusters.

- Ensure database security, access control, and compliance.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide quick resolution.

- Perform capacity planning and system health checks.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience as MongoDB Administrator (MongoDBA).

- Experience with MongoDB Atlas.

- Expertise in replication, sharding, and cluster management.

- Knowledge of backup & recovery strategies.

- Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.

- Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

- Understanding of cloud platforms.
