Description :

We are seeking an experienced Shopify Lead Developer with a strong background in Shopify Plus, custom checkout development, and payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Adyen, JPMC). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in complex integration projects. This role is ideal for someone who can lead end-to-end Shopify development, mentor junior developers, and deliver scalable, high-performance e-commerce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced Shopify Plus solutions.

- Build and optimize custom checkouts and payment gateway integrations (Stripe, Adyen, JPMC, etc.).

- Worked on complex integration

- Drive complex API and middleware/OMS integrations or similar integrations to connect Shopify with internal and external systems.

- Experience in tax system integrations (Avalara or similar) is an added advantage.

- Develop and enhance custom Shopify apps, themes, and extensions using Liquid, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and JavaScript.

- Ensure code scalability, maintainability, and adherence to Shopify best practices.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with UI/UX, back-end, and business teams to deliver seamless commerce experiences.

- Optimize store performance for speed, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.

- Manage version control (Git) and participate in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Qualifications & Requirements :

- 6- 7 years of professional experience in Shopify development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role.

- Proven expertise in Shopify Plus and Custom Checkout Development.

- Strong experience in Payment Gateway Integrations (Stripe, Adyen, JPMC).
