Role Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team in Mumbai.

We need an individual contributor with 3- 4 years of experience who can independently handle projects and also manage client interactions.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our logistics solutions, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements.

As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the backend systems that drive our logistics tech platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).

- Build and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs that integrate with multiple courier partners and client platforms.

- Collaborate with product managers, operations teams, and frontend developers to deliver scalable logistics solutions.

- Ensure system performance, reliability, and security in high-transaction environments.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.

- Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

- Document technical processes and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence.

Must-Have Skills :

- 3- 4 years of professional experience in backend development with Python.

- Proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI preferred; Django/Flask acceptable).

- Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Exposure to Agile/DevOps workflows.

- Experience in the logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce domain .

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
