Sharepoint Developer - SPFx

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade SharePoint solutions that enhance collaboration, document management, and business process automation.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), integration with Microsoft Cloud services, and hands-on experience in building scalable solutions for both on-premises and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint applications, custom solutions, and workflows using SPFx, .NET, and modern frameworks.

- Leverage APIs and third-party tools to create tailored solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise applications.

- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using Angular, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern UI frameworks.

- Manage and optimize large document libraries, ensuring security, scalability, and accessibility.

- Implement SharePoint Out of the Box features effectively to deliver business value with minimal customization.

- Integrate SharePoint with Power BI (including embedding Power BI tiles) and other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, Power Automate, Power Apps, OneDrive, etc.

- Perform access management, governance, and compliance activities to maintain secure document and data handling.

- Use SharePoint Designer and other configuration tools to streamline business processes and workflows.

- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable SharePoint solutions.

- Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for SharePoint environments.

Required Skill Set :

- Proven experience as a SharePoint Developer with 3+ years in designing and implementing SharePoint solutions (both Online and On-Premises).

- Strong expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for modern UI development.

- Proficiency in Angular, ASP.NET, and .NET Frameworks for building robust, scalable applications.

- Solid understanding of JSON, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, and SQL Server.

- Experience with REST/SOAP Web Services for integration and data exchange.

- Knowledge of third-party tools and apps that enhance SharePoint functionalities.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).

- Ability to apply a structured service delivery methodology for SharePoint development and deployment.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft 365 certifications.

- Experience in migrating SharePoint solutions from on-premises to cloud (SharePoint Online).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD in SharePoint development.

- Familiarity with governance frameworks and compliance requirements in enterprise SharePoint usage
