Sharepoint Developer - Power Platform

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level SharePoint applications and solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online (Office 365), SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and related Microsoft technologies.

The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to automate workflows, build custom solutions, and enhance collaboration platforms across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom solutions using SharePoint Online, SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

- Customize and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and web parts based on business requirements.

- Integrate SharePoint with external systems using REST APIs, Graph API, and third-party tools.

- Migrate existing SharePoint on-premise solutions to SharePoint Online.

- Implement document management, intranet portals, and workflow automation using Power Platform tools.

- Perform SharePoint site administration, permissions management, and troubleshooting.

- Create technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and user guides.

- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, business analysts, and end users.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in SharePoint Online (O365) and SharePoint 2013/2016/2019

- Hands-on with SPFx, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML5, CSS3

- Good knowledge of Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, and Power BI integration

- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, CSOM, JSOM, and PnP libraries

- Proficient in C#, .NET, and Visual Studio for backend integrations

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certifications related to SharePoint or Power Platform

- Experience with SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix)

- Exposure to Azure AD, Microsoft Graph, Teams App Development

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, DevOps Boards
