About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced SharePoint Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions to support collaboration, content management, and business process automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in both SharePoint Online (Modern) and SharePoint On-Premises environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions including web parts, workflows, and site templates.

- Customize and configure SharePoint sites based on business requirements using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power Apps, and out-of-the-box features.

- Build and maintain custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Integrate SharePoint with external systems via APIs, REST services, and Microsoft Graph.

- Manage SharePoint security configurations including permission management and governance.

- Develop and maintain custom workflows and automation using Power Automate (Flow) and SharePoint Designer workflows.

- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending solutions.

- Collaborate with business users and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and deliver enhancements.

- Maintain documentation of development work, processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5- 7 years of SharePoint development and administration experience.

- Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2016/2019.

- Proficiency in developing with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, ReactJS (preferred), and related web technologies.

- Experience building solutions with Power Automate (Microsoft Flow) and Power Apps.

- Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, content types, document libraries, site columns, lists, and workflows.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified : Teamwork Administrator Associate is a plus.

- Knowledge of Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, and Azure Active Directory integration with SharePoint.

- Experience with Nintex Forms and Workflows is an advantage.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
