Software Engineer II Backend (People Group)

Location : Mumbai (Tardeo) | 3- 5 years | Work from Office

Your Playground :

Youll :

- Build high-performance backend services in Node.js & Golang

- Design APIs that dont just workbut scale cleanly

- Get deep into SQL (data modeling, query tuning, real-world performance)

- Own features end-to-endfrom idea , prod , iteration

- Work closely with Product & Frontend to ship fast and ship right

- Debug, optimize, and harden systems used by thousands daily

What You Bring :

You must have :

- 3- 5 years of solid backend engineering experience

- Strong hands-on work with Node.js and Golang

- Comfort with SQL databases (Postgres/MySQL, indexing, joins, performance)

- Experience building and maintaining production APIs

- Clear thinking around systems, trade-offs, and scale

Nice if you have :

- Exposure to Next.js / React.js (full-stack curiosity counts)

- Experience with microservices, queues, or async systems

- Cloud exposure (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD

- Startup or consumer-scale product experience
