- Know your MVVM from your MVP/MVC (and can explain it without boring us

- Speak fluent OOP, live by SOLID, and vibe with design patterns

- Can optimize, benchmark, and sprinkle performance magic

- Know how to build gorgeous UI that doesn't just work it wows

- Use Kotlin like a second language

- Have fought (and survived) with Dagger2
