Responsibilities :
- Design and implement automated marketing journeys using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Build and customize email templates, landing pages, and web forms using AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries within SFMC's data extensions for audience segmentation and data management.
- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud or external platforms via APIs and connectors.
- Ensure cross-channel personalization across email, SMS, push notifications, and web.
- Set up and manage triggered sends, transactional emails, and event-based automations.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTRs, bounce rates, etc.).
- Maintain data hygiene, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Collaborate with CRM, digital marketing, and analytics teams for campaign delivery and reporting
Qualifications :
- Proficient in AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML/CSS, and SQL
- Strong experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder
- Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs for data integrations
- Familiarity with Data Extensions, Subscriber Lists, and Contact Models
- Knowledge of marketing concepts such as segmentation, lead nurturing, and lifecycle marketing
- Comfortable with agile development, version control (Git), and deployment processes
