Job Description :

We are seeking an Associate Frontend Developer with strong fundamentals in modern frontend development.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React and JavaScript, along with strong API integration and state management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain responsive web applications with a strong focus on performance and usability.

- Build reusable, scalable UI components using React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state using Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Context API.

- Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.

- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and seamless performance across multiple devices.

- Follow best practices for code quality, security, maintainability, and performance optimization.

- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving frontend development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 2+ years of experience in UI / Frontend development.

- Strong knowledge of Responsive Web Design principles.

- Strong hands-on experience with React and JavaScript.

- Solid experience with API integration and state management using Redux, Redux Toolkit, and Context API.

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and modern CSS techniques.

- Experience with CSS frameworks or libraries such as Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.

- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

- Basic understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO principles.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js and Python.

- Exposure to databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

- Understanding of full-stack application flow and API design concepts.

Job Type :

Full-time, Permanent (In-house).

Note : This is a face-to-face interview round; therefore, you are required to be present at the Setoo premises for the technical interview.
