About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow UI Builder Developer to design, build, and enhance modern, scalable user interfaces on the ServiceNow platform.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with UI Builder, custom components, and ServiceNow application development, along with relevant training or certifications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop custom user experiences using ServiceNow UI Builder.

- Build and configure Workspaces, Pages, and Custom Components.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into UI solutions.

- Customize and extend ServiceNow using Client Scripts, UI Policies, and REST APIs.

- Ensure performance, usability, and security best practices are followed.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and optimization of UI components.

- Document designs, configurations, and technical solutions.

- Support deployments and post-production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.

- Experience working with Workspaces (Agent Workspace / Custom Workspaces).

- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.

- Experience with Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.

- Understanding of REST/SOAP integrations.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Certifications & Training (Mandatory / Preferred) :

- ServiceNow UI Builder training (mandatory).

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Preferred.

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) Preferred.
