Experience : 4 to 8 Years


Job Location : Hybrid - Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, Kochi, Kolkata, Mumbai, Noida, Pune and Vadodara is required


Notice Period : Immediate joiner or within 1520 days preferred.


Job Description :


We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow TSM Developer with strong end-to-end experience in the Telecommunications Service Management (TSM) module. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing TSM solutions, along with strong scripting and integration skills.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow TSM module.


- Perform end-to-end TSM implementation including Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Service Catalog related to Telecom domain.


- Develop and maintain server-side and client-side scripts, business rules, workflows, and UI policies.


- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID server, or other integration tools.


- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in TSM processes and configurations.


- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.


- Conduct unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing.


- Prepare technical documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.


TSM Submodules (Hands-on Experience Required) :


- Service Inventory Management (SIM) : Managing telecom service inventory, service assets, and configurations.


- Service Order Management (SOM) : Managing service orders, order tasks, and fulfillment processes.


- Service Catalog Management : Designing and configuring telecom service catalog offerings.


- Product Model Management (PMM) : Maintaining product models, offerings, and service packages.


- Service Portfolio Management : Managing the portfolio of telecom services.


- Telecommunications Service Assurance (optional) : Monitoring and ensuring service performance and availability.


Skills & Qualifications :


- 4+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow TSM module and submodules mentioned above.


- Strong scripting skills : JavaScript, Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, and UI Policies.


- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, LDAP).


- Strong understanding of Telecom domain processes such as Service Inventory, Service Orders, Product Catalogs, and Service Delivery.


- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams.


- Ability to work independently.
