Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Trainer to design and deliver effective training programs across multiple ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with the ServiceNow platform, strong communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct structured training sessions on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, and related areas.

- Design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, hands-on labs, and assessments.

- Deliver both theoretical and practical training using live ServiceNow instances.

- Evaluate participant performance and provide actionable feedback.

- Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases, functionalities, and best practices.

- Support learners in ServiceNow certification preparation (CSA, CIS, CAD, etc.).

- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor training content based on business requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

- 58 years of total experience, including at least 3 years in ServiceNow training or consulting.

- Proficiency in core ServiceNow modules and platform features.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or Certified Trainer preferred.
