Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Qualifications :

- 11+ years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years dedicated to ServiceNow architecture and development.

- Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or equivalent.

- Strong proficiency in :

1. ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)

2. Flow Designer, Service Catalog, Service Portal

3. Client-side and server-side scripting

- Proven experience architecting and delivering integrations using :

1. REST/SOAP APIs

2. Web Services

3. MID Server

4. Third-party integration platforms.

- Hands-on experience with :

1. ServiceNow upgrades & migrations

2. Instance performance tuning

3. Platform optimization

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Certifications Required :

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) any module (ITSM/HRSD/CSM/etc.)

Preferred Certifications :

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Leadership :

- Design, architect, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules.

- Establish platform standards, best practices, coding guidelines, and governance frameworks.

- Develop end-to-end architectural blueprints, solution design documents, and technical specifications.

Technical Delivery & Development Oversight :

- Lead, mentor, and guide ServiceNow developers and administrators on architecture, coding, and solution design.

- Review application configurations, scripts, integrations, and workflows to ensure high-quality delivery.

- Oversee custom application development and workflow automation on the ServiceNow platform.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into high-performance ServiceNow solutions.

- Act as the primary technical advisor for platform capability, roadmap, and enhancement opportunities.

Integrations & Platform Engineering :

- Architect complex integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications using APIs, MID Server, integration tools, and ESB platforms.

- Ensure seamless data exchange, secure access controls, and robust system interoperability.

Platform Management & Optimization :

- Lead and manage ServiceNow platform upgrades, patching cycles, and migration activities.

- Perform performance tuning, instance optimization, and platform health assessments.

- Conduct technical impact analysis and ensure solutions comply with security and regulatory standards.
