Job Description
Experience Required :
- 5-10+ years of overall ServiceNow experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in SPM/PPM
Key Responsibilities :
Functional Expertise :
- Strong understanding of PMO processes, project intake, and portfolio lifecycle management.
- Expertise in Project Management, Demand Management, Resource Management, Agile/SAFe delivery, and Financial Planning/Budgeting.
- Experience implementing and supporting Application Portfolio Management (APM) including capabilities, tech portfolios, lifecycle, and rationalization.
- Ability to design and configure Roadmaps, Objectives & Key Results (OKRs), and strategic planning modules.
Technical Skills :
- Demand, Project, Resource, Agile, Financials
- APM : Capabilities, Technology Portfolios, Application Lifecycle
- Experience integrating ServiceNow using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
- Ability to create dashboards, reporting, and analytics using Performance Analytics (preferred).
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with PMO, CIO Office, Enterprise Architecture, Finance, and other business teams.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to gather requirements, lead workshops, and deliver functional/technical solutions.
Preferred Skills & Certifications :
- ServiceNow Certifications :
- CSA - Certified System Administrator (preferred/required depending on level)
- CIS-SPM or CIS-PPM
- CAD - Certified Application Developer
- Experience working with SAFe / Agile frameworks.
- Integrations with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and other delivery tools.
- Experience in Financial Management, cost modeling, budgeting workflows.
- Exposure to enterprise-level governance teams (PMO, Architecture, Finance, CIO Office).
