Job Title : ServiceNow Architect - AI/ML Expertise

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using ServiceNow native features and integrations with external AI/ML tools.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI/ML use cases and define success metrics.

- Build and optimize data pipelines and follow MLOps best practices for managing ML models.

- Ensure scalable and secure platform designs, following CSDM and ServiceNow best practices.

- Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems through APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.

- Act as a trusted advisor for executives and process owners, translating complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.

- Mentor development teams and guide them on AI and ServiceNow advancements.

Required Qualifications :

- 8+ years in enterprise software architecture, with 5+ years focused on ServiceNow.

- 3+ years hands-on experience with AI/ML solutions, preferably within ServiceNow (Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Now Assist).

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow development, JavaScript scripting, integrations (REST/SOAP), and CSDM data models.

- Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, etc.).

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent is highly preferred
