Job Overview :


We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with proven expertise in leading full-cycle ServiceNow implementation and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and integration best practicesalong with strong stakeholder management skills and a commitment to continuous platform improvement.


Key Responsibilities :


1. ServiceNow Implementation & Transformation :


- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation and digital transformation projects.


- Design, configure, and deploy scalable ServiceNow solutions with focus on ITSM & ITOM.


- Define platform governance, architecture, and development standards.


2. Integration Expertise :


- Develop REST API-based integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.


- Implement eBonding integrations for cross-platform synchronization.


3. Solution Architecture :


- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.


- Provide architecture oversight and technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.


4. BAU Operations :


- Manage daily ServiceNow operations, updates, and upgrades.


- Ensure platform stability, resolve issues, and maintain performance.


5. Module Expertise :


- Strong hands-on experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Catalog, etc.)


- Expertise in ITOM (Discovery, Event Management).


- Familiarity with CSM, SPM, SAM/HAM modules is a strong plus.


6. Stakeholder Collaboration :


- Act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert to business and IT stakeholders.


- Conduct workshops, user training, and stakeholder demos.


7. Continuous Improvement :


- Recommend enhancements based on platform updates and business feedback.


- Stay current with ServiceNow releases, new modules, and trends.


Mandatory Skills :


- ITSM, ITOM, CSM


- REST and eBond integrations


- Workflow automation, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Mobile Apps


- Proven leadership in full-cycle ServiceNow transformation projects


Certifications Required :


- CSA (Certified System Administrator)


- CAD (Certified Application Developer)


- ITSM Certification


- ITIL Certification


Desired Skills :


- Knowledge of SAM (Software Asset Management) and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) modules
