Job Description :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Senior Developer / Lead / Architect with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and at least one of the following ServiceNow modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is required. The ideal candidate will possess solid expertise in implementing and customizing these modules, along with a strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting and integrations.

This is a remote position based in India, and we are seeking candidates who can join quickly, ideally within 15-30 days. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver solutions that meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions within the ITSM framework and at least one of the following modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is required.

- Provide hands-on expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.) to customize and extend ServiceNow functionality.

- Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications using REST or SOAP APIs, and other integration methods.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless functionality.

- Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure that solutions meet the clients specific requirements and objectives.

- Mentor junior developers and ensure best practices are followed within the development team.

- Stay updated on new features and modules in ServiceNow, incorporating them into client solutions as appropriate.

Key Skills and Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, with a focus on ITSM and at least one of the following modules : GRC / SecOps / ITOM is Required.

- Expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.).

- Solid experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, and other tools.

- Strong understanding of ITSM processes and best practices within ServiceNow.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new modules and learning on the fly to accommodate changing client requirements.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative team environment.

- Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.

- Preferred : ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist).
