Job Title : Senior Software Engineer ServiceNow SAM/HAM Developer

Experience Required : 67 Years (with at least 4 years in SAM Development & 23 years in HAM)

Location : Remote

Employment Type : 12months + Extendible

Key Skills / Requirements :

- 4+ years in ServiceNow SAM Development (must be hands-on development, not support).

- 23 years in HAM development/customization.

- Strong hands-on skills in ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts.

- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations & IntegrationHub.

- Expertise in license models, entitlements, reconciliation, normalization, and reclamation.

- Knowledge of ACLs, roles, and platform security.

- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.

Nice to Have :

- ServiceNow SAM Pro/HAM certification.

- Exposure to Performance Analytics, ITAM dashboards, and reporting.
