About the Job :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Platform Manager to oversee the end-to-end strategy, governance, development, and administration of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, optimize workflows, ensure platform scalability, and lead a high-performing ServiceNow development team. Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Define and execute the overall strategy, roadmap, and governance for the ServiceNow platform.

- Oversee platform architecture, integrations, module configurations, and workflow optimizations.

- Lead development, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom modules.

- Ensure security, compliance, access controls, and performance standards across the platform.

- Manage the ServiceNow development team and provide leadership, guidance, and technical oversight.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable platform solutions.

- Optimize workflows, automation, and service delivery using Flow Designer and scripting tools.

- Oversee integration development using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

- Implement Agile and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control.

- Conduct platform audits, health checks, performance tuning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure best practices, documentation standards, and governance frameworks are followed.

- Manage platform upgrades, patch cycles, change management, and release planning.

Relevant Experience & Qualifications :


- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.

- Minimum 2 years in a leadership or platform management role.

- Strong experience in ServiceNow architecture, development, and administration.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Angular, Glide API, PowerShell, and integration methodologies (REST/SOAP).

- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, SecOps, and custom applications.

- Hands-on experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, Performance Analytics, and automation workflows.

- Experience leading development teams and managing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

- Strong understanding of Agile delivery, DevOps, CI/CD, and Git-based version control.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

ServiceNow certifications preferred :


- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)

- ServiceNow CIS (Implementation Specialist)

- ITIL Certification - Must
