Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop mobile interfaces and workflows using ServiceNow Mobile Studio and Applets.

- Implement and configure mobile app settings including navigation, branding, and user experience within the ServiceNow platform.

- Collaborate with product owners, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and responsive mobile solutions.

- Integrate ServiceNow mobile apps with platform features such as Forms, Lists, Notifications, Approvals, and more.

- Optimize mobile app performance, troubleshoot issues, and conduct root cause analysis to ensure high availability and usability.

- Configure and customize Now Mobile and Mobile Agent apps as per business requirements.

- Utilize ServiceNow Applets, Mobile Studio, and Flow Designer for workflow automation and mobile development.

- Apply strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including scripting with JavaScript and Glide APIs, and integrating external systems via REST APIs.

- Implement UI Policies, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, and ensure mobile compatibility.

- Follow Agile methodologies and CI/CD best practices to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on mobile app development.

- Hands-on experience in Now Mobile and Mobile Agent app configuration.

- Proficiency with ServiceNow Mobile Studio, Applets, and Flow Designer.

- Strong scripting skills in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and knowledge of ServiceNow architecture.

- Familiarity with UI Policies, UI Scripts, Client Scripts, and REST API integrations related to mobile applications.

- Experience working in Agile teams and using CI/CD tools for automated deployment.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is highly preferred.
