Role Overview :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on experience in Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) to build and enhance risk-focused ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and customize ServiceNow IRM/TPRM workflows for vendor onboarding, due diligence, assessments, reviews, and approvals.

- Build questionnaires, assessment templates, scoring models, risks, controls, and control objectives.

- Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Forms, Tables, and Fields.

- Automate business processes using Flow Designer.

- Develop server-side and client-side solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.

- Build integrations using REST APIs, Scripted REST APIs, and REST Messages.

- Create reports, dashboards, and platform components based on business requirements.

- Troubleshoot workflows, approvals, notifications, scripts, and integrations.

- Support ServiceNow Policy & Compliance / Risk & Compliance capabilities where required.

- Follow development, testing, deployment, and change-management standards.

Required Experience :

- 3+ years of overall IT experience with strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

- Proven experience with ServiceNow IRM and TPRM.

- Hands-on knowledge of complete TPRM lifecycle : vendor onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, review, and approval.

- Strong experience configuring TPRM assessments, questionnaires, scoring, risks, controls, and control objectives.

- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer.

- Experience developing REST-based integrations and troubleshooting ServiceNow interfaces.

- Candidates must have hands-on TPRM/IRM development experience; ITSM-only, administration, or generic support profiles will not be considered.

Preferred :

- ServiceNow Policy & Compliance or Audit Management experience.

- CSA / CIS / CIS-IRM / CIS-TPRM certification.

- Exposure to ServiceNow Workspace, upgrades, cloning, deployment, and platform optimization.

Compensation :

- 75% fixed + 25% variable, as per company policy.
