Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Developer with over 7 years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in implementing GRC/IRM modules, developing Workspaces and Portals, integrating third-party systems, and providing platform support. This role demands both technical proficiency and strategic thinking to align GRC solutions with business and compliance needs.

Key Responsibilities :

GRC Implementation :

- Configure and deploy modules like Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, Vendor Risk, and Audit Management

- Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational requirements

Workspace & Portal Development :

- Design and enhance GRC-specific ServiceNow Workspaces and Portals

- Develop catalog items and custom widgets

Scripting & Customization :

- Write and optimize server/client-side scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, etc.)

Integrations :

- Integrate with external platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and MID servers

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues

Administration & Support :

- Handle platform upgrades, maintenance, and performance tuning

- Engage with stakeholders to continuously improve GRC usability and functionality

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow GRC/IRM modules

- Experience in developing Workspaces and Service Portals

- Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.)

- Hands-on integration using REST/SOAP APIs

- Solid understanding of platform administration and troubleshooting

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Certifications :

- CIS : Risk and Compliance

- CIS : Vendor Risk (TPRM)

- CIS : Business Continuity Management (BCM)

- CSA : ServiceNow System Administrator

- CAD : Certified Application Developer

- Experience with Agile methodology

- Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SecOps, ITOM)
