About the Role :

We are urgently hiring a seasoned ServiceNow Engineer with deep expertise in IT Operations Management (ITOM), CMDB/CSDM, and ServiceNow Integrations. This role requires hands-on experience in designing scalable, robust solutions using the ServiceNow platform, with a special focus on ITOM modules, Service Mapping, and REST API integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

ITOM & CMDB Focus :

- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITOM solutions including Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.

- Develop and manage CMDB architecture, ensuring alignment with CSDM (Common Service Data Model) standards.

- Lead efforts for Google Cloud-based Discovery and Mapping (experience with GCP-specific discovery is a strong plus).

- Automate ITOM processes and integrations leveraging tag-based service mapping.

Integrations & Platform Engineering :

- Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow Spokes.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement custom integration solutions with third-party systems.

- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of all integrations.

Broad Platform Expertise :

- Work across ServiceNow modules such as :

1. Customer Service Management (CSM)

2. HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

3. Financial Services Operations (FSO)

- Understand ServiceNow ITSM fundamentals and how various modules integrate with ITOM.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform.

- Proven experience in ServiceNow ITOM, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.

- Strong understanding of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.

- Experience developing and integrating using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in the context of ServiceNow discovery (preferred).

- Strong scripting skills (JavaScript) and knowledge of integration best practices.

- Familiarity with CSM, HRSD, or FSO modules is highly desirable.

- ServiceNow certifications (ITOM, Admin, Developer) are a plus.
