Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of custom ServiceNow Service Portals.

- Develop custom widgets, pages, and UI components using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and Bootstrap.

- Perform end-to-end implementation of Service Portals from concept to deployment.

- Write advanced Server-side and Client-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.).

- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.

- Maintain clean, efficient, and scalable code with proper documentation.

- Troubleshoot and resolve portal issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration problems.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Service Portal development.

- Solid understanding and experience in ServiceNow Scripting (Glide API, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).

- Deep knowledge of REST/SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.

- Experience with AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.

- Strong grasp of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and development best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
