Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications that support enterprise IT operations and business processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, workflow automation, ITSM implementation, and system integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

ServiceNow Development :

- Develop, customize, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.

- Build and customize forms, tables, catalogs, and portals based on business requirements.

- Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.

ITSM Implementation :

- Configure and enhance ServiceNow ITSM modules, including :

1. Incident Management

2. Problem Management

3. Change Management

4. Request Management

5. Knowledge Management

6. Service Catalog

- Configure SLAs, notifications, approvals, and workflow automation.

Workflow Automation & Integrations :

- Design and develop workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.

- Develop and support REST and SOAP API integrations with enterprise applications.

- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Jira, SAP, and cloud platforms.

- Support IntegrationHub and MID Server integrations where applicable.

Platform Support & Maintenance :

- Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and platform-related issues.

- Support platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and release management.

- Monitor platform performance and recommend improvements for scalability and reliability.

- Ensure platform security, compliance, and governance standards are maintained.

Collaboration & Documentation :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

- Work closely with Solution Architects, Administrators, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the development lifecycle.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and user documentation.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer.

- Hands-on experience implementing and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.

- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
